When making provisions in the Provincial Law regarding the work, duties and powers of the Commission, it should be done according to the following bases and standards:-
(a) the basic principles and principles of the prevailing legal system relating to the Public Service Commission, and
(b) Type of examination to be conducted for selection of suitable candidates for various services, curriculum design, determination of test method, selection of experts, preparation and modification of question paper, conduct of examination, use of code number in answer book, examination of answer book, conduct of interview, publication of result and recommendation etc. Practices, methods and standards adopted by the Public Service Commission regarding action.
